This third-generation insurance agency offering all lines of insurance products to personal and commercial clients, has been around since 1954 when founder James Post opened the agency doors. And there’s still excitement in the air when you visit the Post offices - and a powerful feeling of commitment that needed to be shared with the target audience. But what was being shared needed an added lift, some consistency and some modernization. That’s when we got started.

It was key that the new Post website said “today.” It was equally important that it communicated the legacy of the agency. The copy line says it all: “Post Protects. Life is changing more rapidly than ever, but we continue to protect you like family. Since 1954.” That was the start of a rebuild of their entire communication effort, from a re-branding exercise to website development to email marketing.
Over sixty years later, Post Insurance continues to expand by protecting their customers like family. That continuing spirit of family will keep this agency potent and dynamic for the next sixty years, and more.
