Designated a Coverholder for Lloyd’s of London, MG Skinner & Associates is a program business leader, writing and supporting more than $12 billion of total insured value, nationwide. Since, 1979, they have led the field in insurance programs for apartments, commercial real estate and condominiums. In 2016 they stepped into a whole new market, writing policies through a select broker network for personal condo insurance.

Brand & Identity
Skinner Select Insurance Programs comprises insurance programs developed to address the physical needs of apartments, commercial real estate and condominiums, as well as the financial security of those vested in them. We developed new branding for Select Properties, Select Condominiums, and Select HO6 that, while consistent with the MG Skinner image, also developed independent identities for each sub-brand.
Within a short, six-week deadline, we created a new positioning and new branding; developed new content; created a product brochure; designed a display for an important trade show; redeveloped the website, and; initiated a new email to existing and new brokers. On budget and on target.
